Policies

Cleaning Procedures: We take pride in keeping our inflatables impeccably clean. We sanitize and disinfect every square inch of every inflatable, inside and out, before every rental to keep our customers happy and healthy. 

Reservations: You can request a quote for a  reservation by filling out the form here. Selection is limited, so it is recommended that you request a quote as soon as you know the date and time of the event, and the bouncer or bouncers you want.  If we are not already fully booked, we can accommodate last minute reservations.

Payment: We accept cash, Venmo, checks, and all major debit and credit cards. 

Setup: We will arrive for setup at least 15 minutes before the event starts, or 30 minutes for a water slide setup.  Delivery and setup is free to anywhere in Missoula. We can deliver outside of Missoula for an additional charge.

Weather: The inflatables should not be used when wind exceeds 20 mph or during heavy rain. To cancel due to weather please notify us at least 2 hours before the setup time.

Cancellation: If you cancel due to weather, your deposit will be fully refunded, minus the 5% credit card processing fee. If you want to cancel for any other reason, do so at least a week before the event date to get your deposit refunded, minus the 5% fee.

Liability: Our inflatables are fully insured and comply with all of the latest safety standards. However, we are not liable for any damage or harm to the unit or the participants. A liability release waiver must be signed.
