What type of parties and events do you provide rentals for?
All of them! Our inflatables and games are the perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. We have delivered bouncers, water slides, and games to birthday parties, county fairs, church festivals, graduations, wedding receptions, corporate events, school celebrations, block parties, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Do you have Insurance?
Yes. Bounce Party Inflatables is fully licensed and insured. We can provide proof, or list you as an additional insured upon request. We also make every customer sign a list of rules and a liability waiver upon setup.
What kind of area do I need for an inflatable rental?
Dry inflatables can be set up on grass, dirt, concrete, smooth gravel, or indoors if the ceiling is high enough. Waterslides can only be setup on grass or dirt. The area needs to be relatively flat and large enough for the inflatables’ dimensions. Make sure you check the height for any overhanging branches, power lines or other obstructions. A power outlet must be within 75 feet of the inflatable. If there isn’t one, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.
What happens if I make a reservation and then the weather is bad?
We understand that mother nature is unpredictable. For all cancellations due to weather, we will give a full refund. We will cancel all outdoor reservations if the forecast shows winds higher than 20 mph, snow, or temperatures cooler than 30°. If there is just some rain in the forecast, it is up to you whether you’d like to cancel or keep the reservation. Once we have set up an inflatable, there will be no refunds.
Where do you deliver?
We can always deliver anywhere within 30 miles of Missoula. That includes Lolo, Florence, Frenchtown, Huson, Evaro, Arlee, Bonner, Turah, and Clinton. If your party is further away than that, we may or may not be able to accommodate, depending on the day. These cities include Stevensville, Corvallis, Hamilton, Alberton, Superior, St. Regis, Clearwater, Seeley Lake, Drummond, St. Ignatius, Ronan, and Polson. Once we confirm a reservation, we will never cancel, unless it is due to weather.
Are your inflatables clean?
Absolutely! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized.
Should I rent more than one inflatable?
Most of our units have a total weight limit of 800 pounds or 8 kids, whichever comes first. If you have more guests than that, you may want to rent additional inflatables so everyone can be bouncing at the same time. If you rent one inflatable, each additional one is 25% off.
Can adults go on the inflatable?
Yes, adults enjoy our bounce houses and waterslides almost as much as kids! Our inflatables are extremely durable, but the manufacturer’s recommended individual weight limit is usually 200 or 220 pounds. We recommend an obstacle course or waterslide for adult or older kids’ parties.
Can I pick up the inflatable to avoid the delivery fee?
No. Our insurance requires that our trained staff set up and take down the inflatable to ensure it is done properly and safely.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. If you like our Facebook or Instagram page, let us know in the comments section of your price quote, and we will add a 5% discount. We also offer a combo discount – rent one inflatable, get a second at the same event for 25% off.
